We'll print fold and mail your flier for $817- 939, depending on your printing and which mailing you select. 

If you prefer, ship us the actual 8 1/2 X 11, 20 lb. brochures, letter-folded to fit in a #10 envelope and we'll mail them to all 5,200 GMs/Group Owners or 6,200 PDs for only $599. We remove duplicate addresses, so you're reaching over 11,350 stations. Mailing Schedule: 
 
General Managers/Group Owners - August 18, 2008 and March 2009. Timed to arrive before the NAB conventions. 5,200 fliers required per mailing.
 
Program Directors - Nov. 11, 2008 and May 2009. The whole country will be mailed to in each of these mailings. 6,200 fliers required per mailing.

GM mailing - 5,200 pieces:
$218 for single-sided printing or $297 for 2-sided printing.

PD mailing - 6,200 pieces: $247 for single-sided printing or $340 for 2-sided printing

Prices are for 8-1/2 X 11 fliers with black ink on a standard colored paper stock and include folding.

If we're supplying our own brochure, what do we need to know?

We request that you send us the brochures, letter-folded to fit in a standard business (#10) envelope. 60 lb. stock is okay as long as the original dimensions are no bigger than 8 1/2 by 11. If you're not sure, send us one copy of the piece for approval. Business reply or courtesy reply pieces MUST contain the proper barcode and FIM! 

How important is the design of our flier?

Almost as important as the offer itself. It can make or break your response. Remember that the top 1/3 panel is the first thing they'll see. Use a headline that SELLS on the top 1/3 panel and be sure to include a strong call to action at the bottom of the piece.  Your phone or FAX number or web page should stand out. If you don't have a design specialist on staff, it's worth it to hire out. Please fax your flier to 763-522-6256 to be sure it is suitable.

How long do I have to decide?

Many of our mailings sell out in advance. If a specific mailing is important to you, please reserve it with advance payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express/Optima, Discover, checks & money orders. Prices quoted for printing are for black ink on 20 lb. standard colored paper stock.
