We guarantee your satisfaction on every CD we sell. If you return a CD in good condition within 60 days and wish to exchange it for an item
that costs up to $10 more, you do not need to send additional funds unless a shipping
charge is listed. Otherwise, include a check for the difference or a credit card
number and your signature authorizing us to charge the difference.

If within 60 days of purchase, you decide you aren't satisfied with
any CD, simply return it to us in resalable condition. It's okay if you have used the
CD, as long as you have not copied it, or scratched or marred the discs, or written
on the product. You do not need to contact us for authorization, but be sure to put your
name and address on the package.
For your protection, we suggest you return the product in a traceable manner, such as UPS,
FedEx, or DHL. Or you can get a returned merchandise certificate from the US postal
service for less than $1. If the value of the item is over $100, we suggest you insure it for
the price you paid. Be sure to pack the item in the same manner you received it.
Once we receive the item in good condition we will refund the purchase price. If you paid
by credit card, we will issue a refund to your credit card. If you paid by check, we will
send you a check.
Very important: In some cases an item may be shipped to you directly from the
manufacturer. DO NOT RETURN IT TO THEM. Please send all returns directly to us at:
